{"abstract":"This notice governs Community Development Block Grant disaster recovery (CDBG-DR) funds awarded under several appropriations. Specifically, this notice provides waivers and establishes alternative requirements for certain grantees that have submitted waiver requests for grants provided pursuant to Public Laws 112-55, 113-2, 114-113, 114-223, 114-254, 115-31, 115-56 and 115-123. This notice also provides further clarification on the application of the green building standards established by the Department for 2017 CDBG-DR grantees in the February 9, 2018 Federal Register notice (83 FR 5844).
