{"abstract":"The Farm Credit Administration (FCA, we, or our) proposes amending existing regulations governing how the Farm Credit System (System) classifies high-risk loans to improve the loan classification and reinstatement process. The proposed rule would clarify the factors considered when categorizing high-risk loans and placing them in nonaccrual status.
