{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is granting Kentucky final authorization for changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The Agency published a Proposed Rule on September 21, 2018, and provided for public comment. Two substantive comments were received on Kentucky's proposed revisions.
