{"abstract":"These special conditions are issued for the Costruzioni Aeronautiche Tecnam S.P.A., Model P2012 airplane. These airplanes will have a novel or unusual design feature associated with the installation of a rechargeable lithium battery. The applicable airworthiness regulations do not contain adequate or appropriate safety standards for this design feature.
