{"abstract":"On February 6, 2019, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) gave 90 days' notice of intent to withdraw from the 2013 Suspension Agreement on Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico (2013 Agreement), terminate the 2013 Agreement, and continue the antidumping duty (AD) investigation initiated in 1996.
