{"abstract":"The Department of the Army proposes to modify a System of Records Notice (SORN), Army Personnel Systems (APS), A0600-8-104 AHRC. This system of records is comprised of Human Resources (HR) information required to manage a Soldier's career from initial accession through separation, and for life for retirees. Currently APS records are managed by 36 information technology (IT) systems that are linked to seven System of Records Notices (SORNs).
