{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Jiangsu Senmao Bamboo and Wood Industry Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Senmao) has not made sales of multilayered wood flooring (wood flooring) from the People's Republic of China (China) at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) December 1, 2016 through November 30, 2017. We also determine that the use of facts otherwise available is warranted with respect to the Sino-Maple (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.
