{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to amend the federal regulations to withdraw certain human health criteria applicable to waters in Washington because Washington adopted, and the EPA approved, human health criteria that the EPA determined are protective of Washington's designated uses for its waters. The EPA is providing an opportunity for public comment on this proposed withdrawal of certain federally promulgated human health criteria.
