{"abstract":"On October 9, 2019, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a document in the Federal Register to announce its National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Generic Maximum Achievable Control Technology Standards Residual Risk and Technology Review for Ethylene Production proposed rulemaking. The document also requested public comment on the proposed action. The EPA is announcing that it will hold a public hearing. The hearing will provide interested parties the opportunity to present data, views, or arguments concerning the proposed action.
