{"abstract":"The Office of Fossil Energy (FE) of the Department of Energy (DOE) gives notice (Notice) of receipt of an application (Application), filed on October 16, 2019, by Commonwealth LNG, LLC (Commonwealth). The Application requests long-term, multi-contract authorization to export domestically produced liquefied natural gas (LNG) in an amount up to the equivalent of approximately 441.4 billion cubic feet per year (Bcf/ yr) of natural gas. Commonwealth seeks to export this LNG from its proposed natural gas liquefaction and export facilities (LNG Facility) to be located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. Commonwealth filed the Application under section 3 of the Natural Gas Act (NGA).
