These modifications are necessary due to the planned decommissioning of the VOR portion of the Waterville, OH (VWV), VOR/Distance Measuring Equipment (VOR/DME) navigation aid (NAVAID), which provides navigation guidance for portions of the affected air traffic service (ATS) routes.
