{"abstract":"Pursuant to the Clean Air Act, (CAA or Act), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving State Implementations Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of New Mexico and the City of Albuquerque-Bernalillo County that address interstate transport for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
