{"abstract":"The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action on the residual risk and technology review (RTR) conducted for the Miscellaneous Coating Manufacturing (MCM) source category regulated under national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP).
