{"abstract":"On March 18, 2019, the U.S. Department of Energy (\"DOE\") published a notice of proposed rulemaking (\"NOPR\") to amend the test procedure for fluorescent lamp ballasts. That proposed rulemaking serves as the basis for the final rule.
