{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the State of Missouri for a regulation that controls emissions from lithographic and letterpress printing operations. This final action will amend the SIP to remove the use of restrictive words; add, replace and revise terms and definitions to match SIP-approved terms and definitions in Missouri's rule Definitions and Common Reference Tables; add a new printing category to the rule that provides consistency with the St. Louis area counterpart rule; and make other changes that are administrative in nature.
