{"abstract":"This rule is the fourth of a sequence of six final rules published in this issue of the Federal Register. This final rule adds a new Department of Defense Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARs) part to establish a consistent way for DoD Components to organize the portion of their general terms and conditions covering national policy requirements, such as nondiscrimination, environmental protection, and live organisms.
