{"abstract":"This final rule makes non-substantive technical, organizational, and conforming amendments to existing Coast Guard regulations. In addition, this technical amendment updates the statutory authority citations for many Coast Guard regulations since the Frank LoBiondo Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2018 redesignated existing United States Code provisions into new titles and sections.
