{"abstract":"The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) proposes to establish the approximately 25,000-acre \"Lower Long Tom\" viticultural area in portions of Lane and Benton Counties in Oregon. The proposed viticultural area lies entirely within the existing Willamette Valley viticultural area. TTB designates viticultural areas to allow vintners to better describe the origin of their wines and to allow consumers to better identify wines they may purchase.
