{"abstract":"In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) adopts rules implementing the Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act (TRACED Act), promoting the deployment of caller ID authentication technology, and combatting the practice of illegal caller ID spoofing.
