{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Nippon Steel and Sumikin Sales Vietnam Co., Ltd. (NSSVC), Hoa Sen Group (HSG), and Ton Dong A Corporation (TDA) made no shipments of corrosion- resistant steel products (CORE) from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR) from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
