{"abstract":"The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Interagency Testing Committee (ITC) transmitted its Seventy-Fourth Report of the ITC to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on April 13, 2020. In the Seventy-Fourth Report of the ITC, which is included with this notice, the ITC is revising the Priority Testing List by adding 15 of the 20 High-Priority Substances, designated as such under TSCA, and 24 organohalogen flame retardants.
