{"abstract":"The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT or the Department) is issuing a final rule to modify U.S. and foreign air carrier obligations with respect to tarmac delays and to conform carrier obligations with respect to departure delays with the changes made to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Extension, Safety, and Security Act of 2016.
