{"abstract":"The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is revising its regulation on claims collection in its entirety to incorporate applicable statutory and regulatory provisions and to make other changes. Specifically, an amendment made by the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act of 2014 (DATA Act) requires USAID to refer to the Secretary of the Treasury all past-due, legally enforceable, non-tax debt that are over 120 days delinquent.
