{"abstract":"FMCSA finalizes its February 4, 2020 interim final rule (interim rule), which revised a December 8, 2016, final rule, \"Minimum Training Requirements for Entry-Level Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators\" (ELDT final rule). This action finalizes the extension of the compliance date for the ELDT final rule from February 7, 2020, to February 7, 2022.
