{"abstract":"The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its export regulations pertaining to the illustrative list of reprocessing plant components under the NRC's export licensing authority. This final rule is necessary to conform the export controls of the United States to the international export control guidelines of the Nuclear Suppliers Group, of which the United States is a member.
