{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers/exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020. We further preliminarily determine that Synn Industrial Co., Ltd. (Synn) had no shipments during the POR. We are also rescinding this review for three companies.
