{"abstract":"The FMCSA announces its decision to grant the application of Forward Thinking Systems LLC (FTS) for a limited five-year exemption to allow its FleetCam system, which is equipped with cameras, to be mounted lower in the windshield on commercial motor vehicles than is currently permitted.
