{"abstract":"We, the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE), are approving an amendment to the Wyoming Abandoned Mine Land (AML) Reclamation Plan (hereinafter, the Wyoming Plan or Plan) under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA or the Act). Wyoming proposed to repeal and replace its existing AML Plan in response to OSMRE's request to amend the Plan, as well as improve the Plan's readability and operational efficiency.
