{"abstract":"The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issues final regulations, a final management plan, and a final environmental assessment (EA) for Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary (MBNMS or sanctuary). The final rule includes modifications to three provisions of the MBNMS regulations, the modification of an appendix to the MBNMS regulations that describes sanctuary zone boundaries, and the addition of one new definition to the MBNMS regulations.
