{"abstract":"The Comptroller of the Currency is adopting a final Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) rule that is based largely on the 1995 CRA rules, as revised, that were issued by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board), and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). This final rule applies to national banks and savings associations.
