{"abstract":"DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement an Executive Order titled \"Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors\" and a final rule issued by the Department of Labor.
