{"abstract":"On October 29, 2021, HUD allocated over $2 billion in Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds appropriated by the Disaster Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2022. This Allocation Announcement Notice imposes HUD's CDBG-DR Consolidated Notice (\"Consolidated Notice\") (Appendix B) and any amendments to the Consolidated Notice only on CDBG-DR grants for disasters occurring in 2020, as identified herein.
