{"abstract":"In this document, the Commission proposes measures to implement certain provisions of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Infrastructure Act). Specifically, the Commission proposes to require that broadband internet access service providers (ISPs) display, at the point of sale, labels to disclose to consumers certain information about
