{"abstract":"This final rule makes editorial corrections to the regulations for Atlantic highly migratory species (HMS). This final rule corrects citations that are currently incorrect due to changes to references in other parts of the regulations. In addition, this final action corrects minor technical items in the regulations that are missing, inconsistent, or incorrect, and also clarifies extraneous language to make the regulations more readable.
