{"abstract":"Executive Order of March 9, 2022, \"Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets\", outlines U.S. policy objectives with respect to digital assets. The Executive Order directs the Secretary of Commerce, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the heads of any other relevant agencies, to establish a framework for enhancing U.S. economic competitiveness in, and leveraging of, digital asset technologies.
