{"abstract":"Pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA or Act), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the State of Connecticut's Underground Storage Tank (UST) program submitted by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (\"DEEP\"). This action also codifies EPA's approval of Connecticut State program and incorporates by reference those provisions of the State regulations that we have determined meet the requirements for approval.
