{"abstract":"The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain pasta (pasta) from Italy was sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021. Further, Commerce is rescinding this review for fifteen of the companies for which this review was initiated.
