{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of New York. The revision provides the State's control measures for facilities within its borders subject to EPA's 2016 Control Techniques Guideline (CTG) for the oil and natural gas industry. The intended effect of this action is to approve this item into the New York SIP and satisfy the requirement for the CTG.
