{"abstract":"General Motors, LLC (GM), has determined that certain model year (MY) 2018-2020 Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe motor vehicles do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment. GM filed an original noncompliance report dated March 31, 2022. GM subsequently petitioned NHTSA on April 22, 2022, for a decision that the subject noncompliance is inconsequential as it relates to motor vehicle safety.
