{"abstract":"The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain producers/exporters of certain cold-rolled steel flat products (cold-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020, while other producers/exporters (i.e., Hyundai Steel Co., Ltd., also referred to as Hyundai Steel Company (Hyundai Steel) and POSCO) received de minimis net countervailable subsidies during the POR.
