{"abstract":"The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) revised its regulations to update the information on filing of complaints and disclosures with OSC, to update the prohibited personnel practice provisions, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) provisions, Privacy Act provisions, provisions concerning nondiscrimination based on disability, and to make other technical revisions.
