{"abstract":"The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) proposes to amend the rules of practice of its Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) and the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. Specifically, SBA proposes to implement procedures authorizing appeals to OHA from protest determinations regarding the status of a concern as a certified HUBZone small business concern.
