{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of New Hampshire. This revision establishes reasonably available control technology (RACT) requirements for Fujifilm Dimatix Incorporated located in Lebanon, NH. The intended effect of this action is to approve the state's order for this facility into the New Hampshire SIP.
