{"abstract":"In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the DoD is establishing a new Department-wide system of records, titled \"DoD Patron Authorization, Retail and Service Activities,\" DoD-0018. This system of records covers DoD's maintenance of records about eligible patron authorizations and transactional information associated with retail purchases and services.
