{"abstract":"In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (the Commission or FCC) takes action to modernize and streamline its operations by making changes to its International Bureau as well as certain parts of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB) and Office of Managing Director (OMD).
