{"abstract":"On July 1, 2022, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA or the Agency) submitted a proposed rule for comment on its public regulations governing its implementation of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), as amended by the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016. The CIA has reviewed and carefully considered all of the comments that were submitted in response to its proposal.
