{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a revision to the New York State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the purposes of implementing controls of air pollution by particulate matter (PM). The SIP revision consists of amendments to existing regulations outlined within New York's Codes, Rules, and Regulations (NYCRR) that impose control measures for sources of PM.
