{"abstract":"Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River) has determined that certain model year (MY) 2009-2022 Starcraft school buses do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 222, School Bus Passenger Seating And Crash Protection. Forest River filed a noncompliance report dated December 21, 2022, and subsequently petitioned NHTSA (the \"Agency\") on January 17, 2023, for a decision that the subject noncompliance is inconsequential as it relates to motor vehicle safety.
