{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Indiana's state plan to control air pollutants from Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills. The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) submitted the state plan on March 20, 2023. The Indiana MSW landfill state plan was submitted to fulfill the state's obligations under section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act (CAA) to implement and enforce the requirements under the MSW Landfills Emission Guidelines.
