The RNAV route amendments are necessary due to the planned decommissioning of the Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) portion of the Tin City, AK (TNC), NDB/Distance Measuring Equipment (NDB/DME) and the Point Hope, AK, (PHO) NDB.
